Hey Bruce -- Mike Anders here! I just want to say thanks again for a wonderful Kiwanis 50s Dance -- you and Fred are fantastic. I told Mom and Dad that you were thinking of them. Take care -- hope to see you again soon

Hi Bruce and Christine, Mary Ann sent me the link to your class reunion. I still smile when I remember you two coming to our house in Coppell and letting us all sing with you. That was so much fun! Haven't heard anything about Jerry Shockey or the Lemoine's in forever. You may have known that Darrell died in 1987. Just wanted to tell you how proud of you and your success I am!

Hello Bruce. Looking all over, for an mp3 or CD version of "I'll follow you." It's a fantastic song. Great website.

A few years ago I stumbled into a beautiful alternate version of Hey Baby, I believed performed by Bruce. It was slower, maybe a little jazzy, sung differently. Very soulful performance. It sounded like an old recording. I can't find anything on the internet anymore about this version. Does anyone know where I can hear it again? Thanks!

Hey Bruce, are you on the cruise this January? At my age this may be my last chance to dance "Hey Baby" by the master. If you're ever in Montana email or call me. Cheers!

Hi Bruce, if you can cast your mind back to the UK in the early 1970"s I played bass in a backing band you used when you were touring. You came to my parents' house in Wolverley at the time for a day (I think). Hope you are still well. Notice you also have been collaborating with Larry Henley from The Newbeats, who we also backed. Great stuff and some happy memories. All the very best to you and yours. Pete

Hello Bruce, this is your cuz, Larry. I saw your guestbook and had to drop you a note. It was sure good having you and Christine come to the mountain to spend some time with more of your extended family. It seems like decades ago now. I hope you both can do it again real soon. Hope to see you in Nashville for dinner soon as well. Larry

Remember the sand dunes outside Odessa in 1958-1959. I was very young BUT I will never forget you running down that dune and not being able to STOP> Even for a 8 year old that was terribly funny. I would love to be able to hear "Dream Girl". Can you help me on where I might be able to hear that wonderful song my mother helped yoiu with in Odessa.
John McMeans - Monday, August 1st, 2011 10:23 PM CDT
Hey Bro: Ray is shasring the stuff you guys are doing with me and it sounds great. Better than the originals from way back then. Those were great songs from a great time and you know them all. Just like when we were kids. You could do a better job than the cat that turned it the first time. Keep on keeping on. We want to hear more of the oldies done with the Bruce Channel sound. Hey, hey, baby. Boog

Wow. I was in "Harmony Heaven" last night singing with you at The Shed Cafe's "Pickin' at the Shed". Jacksonville, Tx is the home of my "day job" a nonprofit teaching folks to write grants AND be part of Regional Collaborative Initiatives. The Artist Initiative is the hardest. Of Course. Thanks for taking the time to come to Edom and allow us "just folks". Jam Sessions are what I do for fun with Harmony my favorite. How blessed I was last night to back you up. I plan to learn ALL your songs, so I'll be better prepared, next time 'round. Kathy Holdway, Edom
